Enclosed is my latest list of United States Plate Blocks. This list, features nice plates of early Regulars (#’s 214, 266, 274, 284,301 to 309, 319j), Commemoratives (note Columbians and #’s 289, 290, 292, 294 to 299, 369, 399, 400, 402, 403), the Washington-Franklin issues (note #’s 341, 407, 431, 460, 461, 500, 524, 547 and Shanghai’s ( K’s), the 1922-25 Regular issue (note #’s 573, 573a, 578, 579, 566, 567 and 622 with stars), Kansas-Nebraska issue, first Airmail issue and Zeppelin sets. Plus, early Postage Dues, Special Delivery and Registration (note #’s J41, 57 and 78, E3 through 9, F1 and O123), Parcel Post (note #’s Q 4-6, 10, 11), Postal Savings and Hunting Permit (Duck) plates (RW 1 and 2 through current). Also note the Canal Zone plates and the complete matched sets (MS) of certain US numbers.

All plates are of excellent quality; any plates with problems are so noted under comments. All have original gum with no separated perforations. A list of definitions and purchasing terms is included below. Photocopies of plates will be sent on request. This list is valid for 4 months. Time payments accepted.

I welcome your want-list for better plate blocks. Also, for better U.S. singles, both unused and used, of which I have an extensive stock. Please send me your E-mail address for receipt of future lists.

DEFINITIONS: All plates according to Scott catalog. Flat plates of six or eight stamps. Positions of flat plates: T=top, B=bottom, RS=right side, LS=left side. On rotary plates of four stamps: UL=upper left, UR=upper right, LL=lower left, LR=lower right.
